Level 1: Primary Course
Target Age: 7 – 8 Years
The Level 1 program transitions students from letters to words. We focus on joining characters, understanding basic connecting rules, and developing a steady pace in recitation.
At this stage, we introduce Memorization (Hifz) of small Surahs, ensuring students apply correct pronunciation from the very beginning.
Key Highlights for Level 1:
- Word Formation: Mastering the art of connecting Arabic letters smoothly.
- Introduction to Hifz: Beginning memorization of short Surahs with focus and discipline.
- Tajweed Essentials: Learning basic rules like Madd and Sukoon.
- Character Development: Lessons on Sidq (Truthfulness) and Ihtiram (Respect).
